  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 500 ml / 16.9 fl. oz. of fish and seafood fumet (can be fish only)
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
