Ingredients
- 6 or 8 Chorizos or pork sausages
- 500 ml. Natural cider
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the elaboration of our chorizos in cider, for this, we prick the chorizos, so that at the moment of cooking, they release their juices and mix with the cider creating a wonderful sauce.
Step 2: In a frying pan at medium high temperature place the charozis/sausages and then add the cider, cook for 5 minutes and lower the temperature, cook for 10 minutes more to reduce the juices (turn the sausages from time to time).
Step 3: After the cooking time, remove from the heat, serve in a casserole and we have our chorizos a la sidra ready, I hope you enjoy it!
Tips To Prepare It
To prepare this recipe of chorizo in cider, we recommend using Asturian chorizo, but if you can't get it, use another good quality sausage.
Use a good quality natural cider.
