Ingredients
- 600 ml (20 oz) vegetable stock
- 1 carrot cut into cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 120 g (0.26 lbs) corn in kernels
- 1 potato, diced
- 6 slices of bacon cut in cubes
- 50 ml (0.11 lbs) cooking cream
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our corn soup, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and over medium low heat, add the onion, garlic, cook for 3 minutes, then add the potato, carrot and let cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Then add the bacon, corn and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3: Add the broth, the cream, stir and when it starts to boil, lower the heat a little and cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the heat and our delicious corn soup is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
If you are more of a cream lover, you can add a little more cream to make it thicker.
