Ingredients
- 500 g. broccoli cut into florets
- 1/2 onion cut into pieces
- 1 clove of garlic
- 700 ml. of vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our broccoli cream, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, garlic clove and cook for about 4 minutes, then add the broccoli, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.
Step 2:
Add the vegetable broth, salt to taste and as soon as it starts to bubble, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Once the cooking time is over, remove from the heat and pour into the blender, blend for a couple of minutes and our delicious and healthy broccoli cream is ready (you can decorate with croutons, broccoli sprigs, diced cheese or whatever you like).
Tips To Prepare It
