Ingredients
- 300 g. of chard
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped leek (only the white part)
- 1 medium potato cut into pieces
- 1 carrot cut into rounds
- 500 ml. of vegetable or chicken stock
- Croutons for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chard cream, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, leek and cook for 3 minutes, then add the potato, carrot, stir and cook for 6 minutes.
Step 2: Add the chard and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the vegetable broth, a little salt, a little pepper and when it starts to boil, lower the heat a little and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Once the cooking time is over, remove from the heat and pour into the blender, blend for a couple of minutes, then serve on a plate, add the croutons on top and our delicious and healthy chard cream is ready.
