  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 potato cut into pieces
  • 700 ml. / 23.6 oz. of natural vegetable broth
  • Cheese cut into cubes for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our leek cream, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and over medium heat, add the onion and let it cook for 3 minutes.
