Today we teach you how to prepare one of my favorite creams or soups, this is the cream of mushrooms, very creamy and delicious, best of all is that we can vary its flavor thanks to the wide variety of mushrooms that exist, for this recipe there are those who add cream and those who do not, it all depends on the taste of each person, I usually if I usually put it to make sure it has a creamy texture.
Ingredients
- 550 gr. (20 oz.) of mixed mushrooms
- 1 spring onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 gr. (1.4 tablespoon) butter
- 200 ml. (6.76 fl. oz.) of cooking cream
- 100 ml. (3.4 fl. oz.) chicken broth
- Chives to decorate
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our mushroom cream, for this, in a frying pan at medium temperature we add the oil and butter and let it heat, then we add the spring onion and garlic, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add the mushrooms, mushrooms, salt, pepper, mix and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove from the heat and pour into the blender together with the cream, blend until creamy.
Step 5: Serve in a deep bowl and add chives on top and we have our delicious cream of mushroom soup ready.
