  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 500 ml. of hot chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our vegetable cream, for this, in a pot at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, we will add the onion, leek and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper and cook for 3 more minutes, then add the zucchini, celery and cook for 2 more minutes.
