  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 chopped zucchini (without skin)
  • 2 chopped potatoes (without skin)
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 500 ml. of hot chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
