  • 420 g. sweet corn in kernels (canned)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 30 g. butter
  • 7 g. all-purpose flour
  • 400 ml. of chicken broth
  • 50 ml. of cooking cream or single cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our creamed corn, for this, in a pot add the butter and let it melt, then add the onion and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the sweet corn kernels, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
