Ingredients
- 500 gr. of cooked rigatoni
- 150 ml. of whole milk
- 30 gr. of butter
- 120 gr. of gorgonzola cheese
- 100 gr. grated parmesan cheese
- 100 gr. of maasdam
- 80 gr. of taleggio cheese
- White pepper
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our creamy four cheese pasta, for this, in a saucepan at medium temperature we add the butter and milk and let it melt.
Step 2: Add the gorgonzola cheese and let it melt, then add the taleggio cheese and also let it melt, mix from time to time, then add the maasdam cheese and finally the parmesan cheese, mix again and let all the ingredients melt.
Step 3: After a few minutes of cooking, add salt and pepper and mix.
Step 4: Add the previously cooked rigatoni and soak with all our sauce, serve and enjoy this delicious four cheese pasta!
Tips To Prepare It
For this four cheese pasta recipe, you can substitute the parmesan cheese with pecorino cheese.
If you do not have maasdam cheese you can use another cheese to melt such as gouda cheese, gruyere cheese or preferably fontina cheese.
During the cooking of the 4 cheese sauce, incorporate the cheeses one after the other but let them melt separately first.
If you are going to reheat the 4 cheese sauce, do it in a bain-marie, to recover the creaminess of the sauce.
