Creamy pasta with shrimp
Ingredients To Prepare Creamy pasta with shrimp
- 600 g. of cooked tagliatelle or spaghetti
- 350 g. of shrimps
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 ml. single cream
- 1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
- 100 ml. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make Creamy pasta with shrimp
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our creamy shrimp paste, for this, we clean our shrimp, first we remove the head and then the tail and all the remaining shell, then with the help of a knife, we also remove the gut or intestines as I show you in the video (we reserve the shells and heads of the shrimp).
Step 2: In a saucepan add the water, the shrimp shells, a little salt and let cook for 5 minutes or until it takes an orange color, remove from heat and pass through a strainer to keep only the shrimp broth.
Step 3: In a frying pan with a little oil and medium heat, add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes, then add the reserved shrimp broth, the cream, a pinch of salt, a little pepper, the parsley and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4: Add the tagliatelle or spaghetti previously cooked and mix very well, remove from heat and we have ready our creamy pasta with shrimp, enjoy it!
