  • 80 ml. (2.70 fl. oz.) of sour cream
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 80 g. (2.80 oz.) grated mozzarella cheese (for the mixture)
  • 120 g. (4.20 oz.) grated mozzarella cheese (for gratin)
  • 100 g. (3.50 oz.) Parmesan cheese (for gratin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our creamy potatoes au gratin, in a bowl, add the potatoes, cream, sour cream, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, 80 g. of mozzarella cheese and mix everything very well.
