Egg and potato salad

Today we are going to elaborate one of those fantastic recipes, ideal to accompany our meals, it is the egg and potato salad, a very delicious and easy to elaborate dish, it is usually served cold, but you can take it at room temperature if you wish, this salad is perfect for summer days where we feel like eating fresh dishes.
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes cut into squares
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 10 pickles cut into slices
- 20 ml. of the pickle juice
- 2 celery stalks cut in slices
- 1 red onion cut into small squares
- 1 teaspoon of dried or fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 eggs, hard boiled and cut into rounds
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our egg and potato salad, for this, in a saucepan with boiling water and a little salt, we are going to cook our potatoes until they are done.
Step 2: In a bowl we will add the mayonnaise, the pickle juice and mix.
Step 3: In a bowl add the potatoes, red onion, gherkins, celery, dill, paprika powder, mustard, mayonnaise sauce and the pickle juice, salt, pepper and mix until everything is well integrated.
Step 4: Finally, add the boiled egg on top, a little dill to decorate and our egg and potato salad is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
You can keep this egg and potato salad in the refrigerator before serving to keep it cooler.
For this recipe the dill can be fresh or dried.
