- 400 g. of boiled chickpeas from can (clean and dry)
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil or olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our fried chickpeas, for this, in a pan with a little oil and medium high temperature, add our chickpeas (dry them very well), cover the pan (they usually jump a little) and cook for 5 minutes or until they take a golden color.
Step 2:
When we see that they are golden brown, remove from heat, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil, take them to a bowl, add salt, sweet paprika, hot paprika, a little pepper, garlic powder, stir well and now we just have to enjoy these delicious fried chickpeas.
Tips To Prepare It
Be careful when frying the chickpeas, as they tend to jump quite a bit.
