How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our fried sardines, to do this, we place the sardine fillets already cleaned in a bowl, add a little salt, then in a plate with flour we place the sardines and flour them, then in a pan with oil and over medium low heat fry the sardines for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown, remove from heat and place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat and we have our delicious sardines ready.

Use sardines that are very fresh.
As for cleaning the sardines, we have two options, do it ourselves at home, which is nothing more than removing the head and guts or ask our fishmonger to do the job for us, this way we will save much more time, the other option is to buy the sardine fillets already ready, as we did in this recipe.
