Ingredients
- 500 g / 17.6 oz / 1.1 lb green beans, cut into pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 140 g / 4.9 oz of sweet corn kernels
- 2 boiled and chopped eggs
- 60 g / 2.1 oz of canned natural tuna fish
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our green bean salad, for this, in a pot at high temperature we boil water with 2 tablespoons of salt, once it begins to boil add the green beans and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2: After 10 minutes, strain the green beans and pour into a bowl, then add the onion, bell pepper, corn, chopped egg, tuna, salt, olive oil, stir until all the ingredients are fully integrated and now we just have to eat this delicious green bean salad.
