Ingredients
- 400 g. (0.88 lbs) of gulas
- 8 garlic cloves cut in slices
- 1 chili pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our gulas al ajillo, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil and over medium low heat, we will add the garlic, chili and let cook for 3 minutes (it is important to use a low heat so that the garlic does not burn and will cook gradually).
Step 2: Add the gulas, add a pinch of salt, stir and let cook for a couple of minutes, remove from the heat and our delicious garlic gulas are ready.

You can buy the gulas in any supermarket, they are usually found in the seafood section.
