Ingredients
- 400 g. jar lentils or lentil preserves
- 1/2 red onion cut into small squares
- 2 tomatoes cut into squares
- 1 boiled and chopped egg
- 100 g. smoked salmon
- 80 g. mozzarella cheese cut in small squares
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our lentil and salmon salad, for this, in a bowl add the lentils, tomato, red onion, boiled egg, mozzarella cheese, salmon and stir.
Step 2:
