  • 500 ml / 16.9 fl. oz. of hot milk (not boiling)
  • 60 g / 2.11 oz / 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 60 g / 2.11 oz / 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: We begin preparing our mac and cheese with bacon. To do this, we add water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Once it is boiling, we add salt and macaroni and cook for 8 minutes (or according to the package instructions).
