- 300 g. of macaroni
- 10 turkey sausages cut in slices
- 200 g. cheddar cheese
- 60 ml. of crushed natural tomato
- 1 onion, diced
- 150 ml. of cooking cream or single cream
- Smoked paprika flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make Mac and cheese with sausage
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our mac and cheese with sausage, for this, in a saucepan over medium heat, add a little oil until hot, then add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add the sausage and cook for 4 minutes more.
Step 2: Add the cooking cream, the crushed tomato and stir, then add a little salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and mix everything very well, let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Finally add the macaroni and stir everything very well, remove from the heat and our delicious mac and cheese with sausage is ready (add the smoked paprika flakes).
