Ingredients

  • 1 pork ribs (approximately 860 gr.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • 100 ml. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our marinated ribs, for this, we preheat the oven to 200º C with heat up and down, then in a bowl we add the white wine, olive oil, oregano, basil, rosemary, sweet paprika, a little salt, a little pepper and mix everything very well.
