- 400 g coarse salt
- 400 g sugar

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our marinated salmon, for this, in a bowl add the coarse salt, sugar and stir until both ingredients are fully integrated, then in a container add a quarter of this mixture or the amount needed to cover the bottom of the container, then place the salmon loin on top and cover it completely with the rest of the mixture of salt and sugar, then seal the container with plastic wrap and reserve in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 2: After this time we remove the container from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, then remove the layer of salt and sugar, remove the salmon and wash it very well with water, once this process is done we place it on a board, dry it very well with absorbent paper, then with the help of a sharp knife, we proceed to cut thin slices and we have ready our rich marinated salmon.
Tips To Prepare It
To preserve the marinated salmon you can cover it very well with plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container, it keeps very well for at least 7 days.
Remove the spines from the salmon before starting the recipe.
