Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cold pasta salad, for it, in a bowl we are going to place the cooked pasta, the cherry tomatoes, the black olives, the tuna, the soft cheese, the fresh basil leaves and mix very well.
Step 2: Then add a little salt, a little pepper, olive oil, mix again and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (you can eat the salad at room temperature or cold, this second option in my opinion is much richer). Tips To Prepare It
For this Mediterranean cold pasta salad recipe, we use natural canned tuna, but you can also use tuna in oil, what I do recommend is to remove a little of the oil so as not to add so much fat to the salad.
As for the type of pasta for this cold salad, we always recommend short pasta, such as plum, elbow, macaroni, etc..
What can we accompany this recipe with?
This Mediterranean cold pasta salad is a very complete and satiating dish, ideal as a unique dish.
