- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove

How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our arroz rojo, for this, in a blender we are going to add the tomatoes, the onion, the garlic clove, the chicken broth and blend.
Step 2:
In a saucepan over medium heat, we will add a little oil until hot, then add the rice and stir, then add the previously prepared sauce, salt, stir again and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to the minimum and cover, let it cook for 15 minutes, remove from heat and we have our Mexican red rice ready.
