  • 1 kg. of clean mussels
  • 200 ml. fish stock
  • 200 ml. of white wine
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 200 ml. of crushed natural tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: To prepare our mussels in marinera style we put a pan on the fire with a little olive oil and medium heat and add the onion, garlic and let cook for 2 minutes, then add the peppers (red, green and yellow) stir and let cook for 6 minutes.
