Ingredients To Prepare Oven roasted chicken
- 1 whole chicken
- 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of alcohol vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 50 ml. water
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
How To Make Oven roasted chicken
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our roast chicken, for this, in the glass of a blender we are going to add the lemon juice, the vinegar, the olive oil, the onion, the bell pepper, the garlic cloves, the pepper, the paprika powder, the cumin, the water and blend until everything is well integrated.
Step 2: We place our chicken in a baking dish, add salt, half of the sauce previously prepared and let it marinate for 2 hours, then we introduce our chicken in the oven at 200 ºC for 45 minutes, after this time, we remove the chicken from the oven and add the remaining sauce, we return the chicken to the oven for 45 minutes more.
Step 3: Once the cooking time is over, remove the chicken from the oven, cut the pieces, add some of the sauce on top and our roast chicken is ready to enjoy!
