Ingredients
- 4 potatoes cut in 3 mm. slices
- 1 onion cut into julienne strips
- 1 garlic clove cut into very small pieces
- 100 ml. / 3.4 fl. oz. / 6.5 tablespoons of white wine
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our patatas panaderas, for it, in a bowl we add the olive oil, the fresh thyme, the fresh rosemary, the crushed garlic, a little salt, a little pepper and we stir very well until integrating.
Step 2: In an ovenproof dish, add our potatoes, onion and dressing, stir well, cover the container with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for one hour at 160 ºC / 320 °F with heat up and down and fan.
Step 3: After the hour of cooking time, add the white wine, increase the oven temperature to 200 ºC / 390 °F and cook without aluminum foil for 15 to 20 minutes more or until the potatoes turn golden brown. When they are ready, remove from the oven and we can enjoy our delicious baked potatoes.
Tips To Prepare It
In this recipe we use fresh rosemary and thyme, but they can be dried as well.
You can add any spices you like, such as garlic powder or oregano.
Preferably use a special type of baking potato.
