  • 1 onion cut into julienne strips
  • 1 garlic clove cut into very small pieces
  • 100 ml. / 3.4 fl. oz. / 6.5 tablespoons of white wine
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our patatas panaderas, for it, in a bowl we add the olive oil, the fresh thyme, the fresh rosemary, the crushed garlic, a little salt, a little pepper and we stir very well until integrating.
