- 1 onion cut into small squares
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 400 ml (13.5 oz) vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our patatas viudas, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, garlic and cook for about 3 minutes, then add our potatoes, stir and let sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 2: Add the sweet paprika powder and stir, then add the vegetable broth, a little salt, a little pepper, the bay leaf and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, remove from the heat, remove the bay leaf and our delicious widowed potatoes are ready.
