  • 1 kg / 35.2 oz / 2.2 lb of pork loin
  • 200 ml. / 6.76 oz orange juice
  • 50 ml / 1.69 oz of lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 9 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It
