Today we show you how to prepare a delicious pork loin with mushrooms, a very comforting and delicious dish, in which we will have a very tender pork loin that we will impregnate with a sauce based on mushrooms, wine and cream, follow our step by step videos where we will explain how to prepare the whole recipe in detail.
Ingredients
- 16 fillets of pork loin strip steak
- 300 g (10.5 oz) assorted mushrooms
- 1 onion cut into small squares
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 100 ml (1/3 cup) white wine
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) cooking cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork loin with mushrooms, for this, we salt and pepper the pork fillets and then in a frying pan, at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, we are going to seal them on both sides and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan, add the onion and stir, then add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3: Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the cream, a little salt and pepper, stir and let cook for a couple of minutes, then add the pork fillets and let cook for 8 minutes, turning them from time to time.
Step 4: Once the cooking time is over, remove from the heat and our delicious pork loin with mushrooms is ready (add some fresh parsley for garnish).
Tips To Prepare It
Use the type of mushrooms of your preference, such as portobello, mushrooms, shiitake, etc.
For this pork tenderloin with mushrooms recipe, we use pork loin steaks, but you can also use pork tenderloin.
