Today I bring you some pork chops au gratin, basically consists of sealing our pork chops in a pan, then we will add cream and cheddar cheese and then we will take them to the oven to finish cooking and for the cheese to gratin, the result is exquisite and delicious, sure you will love it!
Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops
- 150 ml. of cooking cream
- 170 g. cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin chops au gratin, for this, we salt and pepper the pork chops and then in a frying pan at medium temperature, we add the olive oil until hot and then we incorporate them, we are going to seal them on both sides (3 minutes approximately on each side) and we remove them.
Step 2: In a baking dish, we will place our pork chops, we will add the cream and cheddar cheese on top and then take them to the oven for 15 minutes at 180º C, after the time in the oven, remove our pork chops and serve!!! I hope you enjoy!
