Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 onions cut into julienne strips
- 3 apples cut into cubes
- 250 ml. of sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin in apple sauce, for this we add salt, pepper and rosemary to our tenderloin.
Step 2:
In a frying pan we will add the butter until melted and then we will seal the pork tenderloin on all sides, remove from heat and take it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180º C / 356 ºF.
Step 3:
On the other hand, in a pan with a little oil we are going to place the onion and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the apples and let it cook for 10 more minutes, then add the wine and let it evaporate all its alcohol (5 minutes), add salt and stir (remove from heat).
Step 4:
We introduce the previous preparation in the blender and blend very well until we obtain a thick sauce.
Step 5:
Once the pork tenderloin is cooked, cut it into medium-sized medallions and add the previously prepared sauce on top and our delicious pork tenderloin in apple sauce is ready.
