Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin cut into medallions
- 200 ml. of cooking cream or milk cream
- 250 g. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 130 ml. of beef stock
- 100 ml. of white wine
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin in mushroom sauce, for this, in a frying pan at medium heat and with a little olive oil, add our medallions of pork tenderloin seasoned with salt and pepper and cook between 1 and 2 minutes on each side and set aside.
Step 2:
In the same pan where we cooked our pork tenderloin, add a little more olive oil, add the onion, garlic, stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms, a little salt, a little pepper, stir again and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate (2 minutes) then add the beef broth and let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the cooking cream, a little salt, a little pepper, stir and let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until the sauce takes on a thicker texture.
Step 4:
Add our pork tenderloin and let it cook for 5 minutes more (bathing it with the sauce) then, after 5 minutes, remove from the heat, serve on a plate, add some chopped parsley on top and our delicious pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce is ready.

Clean the pork tenderloin very well by removing the fatty parts and then cut it into medallions.
