- 2 pork tenderloins cut into medallions
- 200 ml. chicken broth
- 200 ml. of white wine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Pork tenderloin in white wine
We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin in white wine, for this, we salt and pepper the pork tenderloin and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature, add a little olive oil and seal it on both sides, set aside.
In the same pan where we sealed the pork tenderloin, we will add a little more olive oil and add the onion, let it cook until transparent, add the flour and stir, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate, add the chicken broth and let the sauce reduce.
Add salt and pepper and remove from heat, blend the sauce and pass it through a strainer.
Return the white wine sauce to the pan, add the pork tenderloin medallions and let it cook for about 7 minutes more.
