Today we will show you how to prepare a pork tenderloin with garlic, a recipe that is prepared in a very simple way and also has a delicious sauce that is ideal for dipping bread, to prepare this recipe, we only need 4 ingredients, some pork tenderloin medallions, garlic, white wine and beef broth, so simple, with these few ingredients we will get a great dish to eat in our day to day.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin cut into medallions
- 8 whole cloves of garlic with their peels
- 100 ml. of white wine
- 100 ml. of beef broth
- 1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our tenderloin with garlic, for this, in a pan with olive oil and medium heat, add the whole garlic and let them cook for about 4 minutes, then remove them from the pan and set aside, then place the tenderloin medallions (previously seasoned) and seal them on both sides.
Step 2: Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate (about 1 minute), then add the reserved garlic, the meat broth and when it starts to boil, cover and let it cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3: Once the cooking time is over, remove from the heat and our delicious garlic sirloin is ready (add fresh chopped parsley for garnish).
Tips To Prepare It
To prepare this tenderloin with garlic, we recommend using a good quality white wine for a better result.
Use a natural beef broth for a better result, you can prepare it at home or you can buy it ready-made in supermarkets.
Before preparing the recipe, remove all the excess fat from the sirloin.
If you want the sauce to be thicker, add a little cornstarch and cook the sauce until you get the desired texture.
