Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 450 g.) cut in medallions
- 120 ml. of white wine
- 200 ml. cooking cream or single cream
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin with honey and mustard, for this, we salt and pepper our pork tenderloin medallions and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature and with a little olive oil, we will cook them 3 minutes on each side and reserve them.
Step 2: In the same pan where we sealed our pork tenderloin, add the white wine and stir, then add the cream, mustard, honey and integrate very well, add a little salt, a little pepper and let the sauce cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3: Place our pork tenderloin on a plate, add the honey-mustard sauce on top and our delicious honey-mustard pork tenderloin is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
