- 2 pork tenderloins cut in medallions
- Juice of two oranges
- The zest of one orange
- 70 ml. of rum or brandy
- 1 tablespoon of powdered panela
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch diluted in 150 ml. of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make Pork tenderloin with orange
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin with orange, for this, we salt and pepper our pork tenderloin medallions, then in a frying pan over medium high heat, we will seal them on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side), reserve the tenderloin.
Step 2: n the same pan where we sealed the pork tenderloin, add the panela powder, rum, stir and let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes (stirring constantly so that it does not stick), then add the orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch diluted in water and let it cook for 4 minutes or until it thickens a little.
Step 3: Add the pork tenderloin medallions and bathe them with the sauce so that they are impregnated with all its flavor, let cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and enjoy this delicious pork tenderloin with orange sauce!
