  • 200 ml. chicken or natural beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 30 g. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin with whiskey, for this, in a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter and let it melt, then add our tenderloin medallions (previously seasoned), seal them on both sides (1 minute on each side, no need to cook them completely as they will be finished in the sauce) and remove them from the pan.
