  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 cans of canned tuna, uncooked
  • 2 boiled and chopped eggs
  • 225 g. of mayonnaise
  • 1 carrot, cooked and cut into small cubes
  • 50 g. of frozen peas or canned peas
  • 50 g. of olives stuffed with peppers (cut in rings)
  • Piquillo peppers for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our Spanish potato salad, for this, in a pot with boiling water, add a little salt, add our potatoes with everything and their skin and let cook between 15 and 20 minutes (this will depend on the size of the potatoes, you can also prick them to see if they are cooked or not, if the toothpick passes through without problems, you have them ready, otherwise, let them cook a few more minutes).
