Today we are going to prepare a recipe with prawns and a Japanese style sauce, the ingredients are very basic and we usually have them at home, such as soy sauce, honey and garlic, this recipe is very easy and quick to prepare and the result is irresistible, so if you want to surprise your guests with a different appetizer, this recipe of prawns with soy and honey are a good choice!
Ingredients
- 500 g. of raw and clean prawns
- 50 ml. soy sauce
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Chives
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our prawns with soy and honey, for this, in a bowl we put the soy sauce, garlic, honey and mix.
Step 2: Place the prawns in another container and add the previously prepared sauce and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: In a frying pan with a little olive oil, add the prawns with the sauce and let them cook for 1 minute (on both sides), remove, add the chives and our prawns with soy and honey are ready!
Tips To Prepare It
For this recipe of prawns with soy and honey, you can use either prawns or shrimps.
If you do not have honey, you can substitute brown sugar or grated panela.
To serve these prawns with soy and honey, you can add chives, scallions or sesame seeds, whatever you prefer, all three options are great.
