  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 700 ml. of meat stock
  • 100 ml. of white wine
  • 100 ml. crushed natural tomato or tomato pulp
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our ribs in sauce, for this, we salt and pepper our pork ribs and add them in a casserole at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, we will cook them until they are golden brown, remove them and set aside.
