Ingredients
- 2 cups of long rice
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 250 g. / 8.8 oz. mushrooms
- 100 g. / 3.5 oz. green beans
- 1 onion cut into small squares
- 1 garlic clove cut into small squares
- 2 young garlic cut into thin slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our rice with mushrooms and green beans, for this, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil until hot, then add the mushrooms, add salt and pepper and let cook for 10 minutes or until they take a golden color.
Step 2: In the same saucepan, add the onion, garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the beans, rice, stir and cook for a couple of minutes more, add the broth and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to the minimum and cover (cook the rice for 15 minutes without uncovering).
Step 3: After 15 minutes of cooking the rice, remove it from the heat and add the previously cooked mushrooms, the young garlic and stir until all the ingredients are integrated and our rice with mushrooms and green beans is ready.
