Ingredients

  • 2 cups of long rice
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 250 g. / 8.8 oz. mushrooms
  • 100 g. / 3.5 oz. green beans
  • 1 onion cut into small squares
  • 1 garlic clove cut into small squares
  • 2 young garlic cut into thin slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our rice with mushrooms and green beans, for this, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil until hot, then add the mushrooms, add salt and pepper and let cook for 10 minutes or until they take a golden color.
