Ingredients
- 4 pieces of chicken (the ones you like best)
- 4 potatoes cut in thin slices
- 1 onion cut into julienne strips
- 150 ml. of white wine
- 100 ml. of homemade chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme (can also be fresh)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our roasted chicken with potatoes and white wine, to do this, we place our chicken in a bowl and add a little salt, a little pepper, garlic powder and stir with your hands to season the pieces very well.
Step 2: In a baking dish, add our potatoes, onion, a little salt, a little pepper and a little olive oil, then place our chicken pieces on top, add the chicken broth, white wine and thyme.
Step 3: Bake in the oven at 200º C for 35 minutes, after the cooking time, remove from the oven and our delicious chicken is ready.
