Ingredients To Prepare Saganaki prawns

  • 350 g. (12 oz.) of raw and clean shrimp
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 70 ml. of crushed natural tomato
  • 40 g. (1.5 oz.) feta cheese cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Chilli pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make Saganaki prawns

Step 1: In a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, add the onion and cook until transparent (about 3 minutes approximately), then add the crushed tomato, salt, pepper, sugar, chili pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
