Ingredients

  • 4 salmon loins (clean and spineless)
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 120 ml / 4 oz of cooking cream
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 30 g. / 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 50 ml / 1.7 oz / of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • Garlic powder for seasoning the salmon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our salmon in garlic and lemon sauce, for this, we season our salmon loins adding salt, pepper and garlic powder, then in a skillet over medium heat, place the salmon loins skin side down, cook for about 4 minutes, the cooking time will depend on the size of the loin, so when you see that the cooking is already past half of the loin (you will see that it begins to turn a whitish color) you can turn it over to finish cooking (2 minutes more approximately).
