Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into pieces
- 1/2 green bell pepper cut into pieces
- 1 onion cut into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our sautéed pork tenderloin and vegetables, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the pork tenderloin, salt, pepper, oregano, cook until golden brown (about 7 minutes approximately) and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan (add a little oil if necessary) add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper and let cook for 4 minutes (they should be a little brown) then add the onion, a little salt, stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 3: Add the reserved pork tenderloin, stir, cook for 1 minute, remove from the heat and our rich and healthy pork tenderloin and vegetables sauté is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
In this pork tenderloin sauté, we use red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion, but you can add the vegetables you like the most, such as zucchini, carrots, broccoli, etc.
It is important not to overcook the vegetables, they should be al dente.
You can prepare this sauté using other meats such as beef, chicken or seafood, although the cooking times will vary.
