- 2 loins of sea bass
- 1/2 zucchini cut into thin strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1/2 onion cut into julienne strips
- 1 garlic clove sliced

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our sea bass en papillote, to do this, preheat the oven to 220 ºC / 428 ºF, then place a sheet of aluminum foil or baking paper on a flat surface, then place on it some strips of zucchini, some strips of peppers, some strips of onion, add a little salt, a little pepper and a little olive oil (the amount of vegetables is to taste).
Step 2: We place our sea bass loin on top of the vegetables, add a little salt, a little pepper, a few slices of garlic and olive oil.
