  • 250 g. (0.55 lbs) fresh spinach
  • 200 ml (6.8 oz) chicken stock
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • Grated cheese for garnish
  • Croutons to decorate
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1:

In a pot at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, add the onion and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
