Ingredients
- 1 kg (35 oz / 2.2 lb) of cleaned mussels
- 200 ml (6.75 oz) fish stock
- 200 ml (6.75 oz) white wine
How To Make It
Step 1: To prepare our steamed mussels, take a casserole and add our mussels, white wine, fish broth, cover the casserole and cook for 5 minutes or until the mussels have opened, remove from heat and now we just have to enjoy this delicious dish.
Tips To Prepare It
Do not let the mussels cook for too long so that they do not overcook, their cooking time is very short.
Preferably use fresh and raw mussels.
We can prepare steamed mussels in different ways, the most common is using only water, in other versions we add white wine, fish broth, among others, and if you want to give it even more flavor, you can use garlic, onion, parsley...
