Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of chicken thigh
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 1 large onion cut into small squares
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 390 g. of chopped skinless tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150 ml. of white wine
  • 700 ml. chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken stew, for this, we salt and pepper our chicken, then in a pan with a little oil and medium high temperature, we are going to seal them until golden brown, remove and set aside.
